Outputs loading of 15ma into 300 ohms to +5, 600 ohms to ground.
Based on Intel schematics, probably 1K pullups to +5 good for OC outputs.

	A11 (21) low, /G (20) low, 
	A10 (19) and /E (18) high
to read 36X4AL, disconnect pin 24 otherwise same.
