I have not priced these individually as interest and value varies.
I will consider offers over $5 each for books, $5 each for magazines,
excluding shipping, and I can refuse or accept any or no offer. Shipping and
processing costs will depend on weight, destination, and method of shipping.
We typically charge a few dollars over actual shipping costs per package to
cover packing and materials, order processing, delivery to shipper, etc.
